Latvia Will Continue to Defend Currency: C. Banker Latvia will continue to intervene to defend its fixed-rate currency as it has sufficient foreign exchange reserves to do so, Bank of Latvia governor Ilmars Rimsevics told CNBC in an exclusive interview Wednesday.
